Michael Faircloth

 

Michael Faircloth II has been in the financial services industry since 1999 and joined Merrill Lynch in 2008.

One of Faircloth’s key focuses is partnering with craft breweries and associated businesses of all sizes to help them fully utilize the various financial strategy options available to them. Faircloth and his team assist breweries to help take their business to the next stage, whatever that may mean for them. They employ a unique understanding of the various hurdles and challenges that craft brewery owners face.

Faircloth holds the designation of CRPS® (Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist), awarded by the College for Financial Planning. Faircloth and his team are helping to put in place the first ever statewide retirement plan specifically designed for breweries in partnership with the California Craft Brewers Association.

Faircloth is a founding member and current board member of the nonprofit organization Women’s Education and Leadership League. He is passionate about connecting women of all socio-economic backgrounds to resources through the organizations various initiatives as well as giving back to the community.
