It’s always been obvious to me that an Efficient and Effective team using positive Energy will meet or beat goals when acting on the right choices of actions, or strategies.
I created E3 Craft Strategies to advise small and early development breweries to focus on their business structure and function as much as they do on the production side of the company. I created the first field teams for two rapidly growing breweries, Ninkasi Brewing Co. and Oskar Blues Brewery. I built the Ninkasi distributor network to six states with 51 wholesalers that grew volume from 8k bbls to 89k bbls with revenues growing from $1 million to ~$28 million per year in four years while also building a team of 10 Market Managers, two Region Managers, and a KAM. I also have years of successful experience working in many different environments of management, marketing, guest/client services, corporate sales and promotional positions working for the Texas Rangers Baseball Team, Angel Fire Resort, and large marketing agencies including CMI/SFX, Team Ent. and GMR. The experience in those roles helped me blend my enthusiasm, passion and creativity to develop unique strategic concepts that have proven to be breakthrough sales and marketing programs with measurable, business-building results.
The craft industry is an extension of my interests and passions that include all sorts of social interaction in this wild wild world of sports. I am driven by a passion for quality while constantly looking for opportunity to improve and I am unwavering in my integrity with a respect for all things being relative. I am inspired by the great quote from Spinoza, “Sub specie aeternitatis.”
