Marbet Lewis
Marbet Lewis is a founding partner and managing partner at Spiritus Law. She has focused her practice on the laws governing regulated products and the alcohol industry in the manufacture, importation, and sale of alcohol beverage products since 2004. She represents clients in the travel, hospitality and entertainment industries with all aspects of alcohol and business licensing. Her experience also includes enforcement action defense and administrative litigation, zoning and land use approval processes, and state and local government regulatory compliance.
Marbet works with domestic and foreign alcohol and tobacco suppliers, importers, wholesalers, real estate developers, and a broad range of alcohol retailers, including large box retailers, national restaurant chains, national pharmacies, nightclubs, private clubs, national retail chains, bars, national hotel chains and national hotel management companies, restaurateurs, sports arenas, including MLB and NBA sport franchises, national movie theater companies, entertainment complexes and establishments, and other members of the hospitality and alcohol industry. Aside from her legal work, Marbet is an active member of Women of the Vine & Spirits and works closely with local schools and community centers on various youth outreach initiatives.
