Laura Webb

 

Laura has nearly 20 years of executive business experience, working in strategy, marketing and innovation.

Prior to starting her own business, Laura spent nearly a decade at Brown-Forman where she led marketing for several branded portfolios and managed the global innovation team for Brown-Forman’s $3B business. During her time in Brown-Forman’s Corporate Strategy team, Laura worked closely with the C-suite to set the company’s 10 Year Business Growth Plan and craft and unveil the company’s Global Marketing Strategy.

Through her corporate career and since starting her own business, she has led the development and launch of more than 50 new brands and line extensions, most recently for Diageo, Uinta Brewing, Southern Tier, Sonoma Cider, and Little Black Dress Wines (which achieved 100,000+ cases in its first year and was recognized as “Best New Wine” according to Market Watch).

Having worked with global brands including Deloitte, Yum!, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Sam’s Club, State Farm, Jack Daniel’s and Neiman Marcus she brings order to chaos, helps business leaders bridge the gap between strategy design and delivery. Today, she works inside companies large and small, across a variety of B2C and B2B industries, helping teams to engage their organizations and stakeholders more effectively in the achievement of aggressive growth goals and initiatives.

Laura holds a BA from Colgate University and MBA from Vanderbilt Owen School of Management.
