Call him the wizard of whiskey since that is his twitter handle Justin Koury discovered his love of culinary arts at an early age and never strayed from that path. He began working in the kitchen before culinary school which led him into a love of wine and whiskey. After graduating Purdue University he continued as a beer and spirits buyer/educator and sommelier in Chicago while being culinary school instructor.
