Jim Neely
Jim Neely has been working for the Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau since 2005 in several capacities. Jim started his career in Headquarters, where he spent a year and a half as a Formulation Specialist. In May of 2006, Jim moved to Chicago and took a position as an Investigator for the Trade Investigations Division in the Mountain District Field Office. In February of 2013, Jim returned to Headquarters as a Program Manager in the Advertising, Labeling and Formulation Divisions Market Compliance Office, where he currently manages the bureaus Alcohol Beverage Sampling Program.
