Andres Gomez

 

Andres Gomez, a graduate of UMASS Amherst, grew up in the restaurant business and worked his way up from a part-time host to a business partner of The Federal Restaurant & Bar, an 85-year-old premiere special occasion restaurant located in Massachusetts. In 2018, Gomez joined the grand opening team of MGM Springfield, a $1 billion luxury resort and casino, as the Director of Restaurants. While with MGM, Gomez has also served in the role of Director of Nightlight Operations & Events and is currently the Director of Food & Beverage at MGM Detroit. Although he spit out the first sip of beer he snuck at 8 years old, he is now a sucker for all bourbon infused stouts.
