CRAFT BEVERAGE EXPO PARTNERS WITH WHISKIES & SPIRITS CONFERENCE
STRENGTHENS INDUSTRY THROUGH COLLABORATION
New York, NY (January 12, 2016) – Craft Beverage Expo (CBE) and Whiskies & Spirits Conference have forged a partnership for the continued advancement and growth of the craft segment within the larger spirits industry.
The world’s leading summit for presentations and discussion on global trends in the dynamic spirits industry, the Whiskies & Spirits Conference takes place February 23, 2016 at Chelsea Piers in New York City. It will include – for the first time – a “State of the Industry” address featuring senior executives from Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, Eric Greggory, President of Kentucky Distillers Association and Margie A.S. Lehrman, Executive Director of American Craft Spirits Association.
Having focused exclusively on whisky for the first nine years, the conference has evolved to incorporate the entire spirits industry with an eye on analyzing sales and marketing trends of the future. With its varietal depth of knowledge of wine, craft beer, cider, mead and sake industries, CBE will participate in panel discussions, provide direction on education and work to expand the seminar series in 2017, creating a fully realized craft segment and symposium as part of the overall conference.
