CRAFT BEVERAGE EXPO ANNOUNCES DYNAMIC LINEUP OF
GENERAL SESSION PRESENTERS
Oakland, CA – Craft Beverage Expo (CBExpo) – the leading trade exposition and conference for the entire artisan beverage industry – has announced a powerful lineup of general session presenters for its third annual meeting taking place May 18-20 at the Oakland Convention Center in Oakland, CA.
Hand-chosen for their insights on this year’s theme, The Elements of Craft, presenters will delve into subjects that focus on quality, branding, loyalty and relationships.
“We’re excited to welcome this distinguished group of keynote presenters to this year’s conference,” says Kellie Shevlin, Executive Director of Craft Beverage Expo. “Combining boutique wine, beer, cider, spirits and mead segments always sparks meaningful discussions and collaborations, leading the advancement of craft beverages to greater heights.”
The conference begins with the opening general session: Quality—The Cornerstone of Craft. The panel will include an all-star lineup of industry aficionados including Josh Jensen, Proprietor / Winemaker at Calera Wine Company; Vinnie Cilurzo, Owner / Brewer at Russian River Brewing Company; Matthew Hofmann, Co-Founder / Master Distiller at Westland Distillery, Bruce Nissen, Co-Founder of Crispin Cider Company and Jester & Judge; and moderated by Damien Wilson, Hamel Family Chair of Wine Business Education at Sonoma State University.
Branding and marketing will be the focus of day two. Marketing guru, Larry Vincent, Founder and Chief Branding Officer at United Talent Agency Brand Studio will lead the general session titled, Chasing the Unicorn: Brand Loyalty.
The closing general session, Relationships—The Core Element of Craft, is moderated by Alan Kropf, Director of Education at Anchor Distilling Co and featuring Dave Engbers, Co-Founder / Vice President of Founders Brewing Company; Rhonda Kallman, Founder and CEO of Boston Harbor Distillery; Ken Schramm, Owner of Schramm’s Mead; and Randall Grahm, Founder of Boony Doon Vineyward as panelists.
