How Do We Create Spaces That Help the Craft Community and Our Local Communities?

Latiesha Cook co-founded Beer Kulture in response to the overwhelming white, cis male culture of the craft beverage space.  As women, we’ve all felt what it is like to be the only woman in a room of men, but for Tiesha there was more to the experience as a woman of color.  Beer Kulture, a non-profit, was launched to create a collaborative culture and increase opportunities for Black, African-American, Hispanic, Native North American, Pacific Islander, BIPOC and other underrepresented groups through scholarships, internships and more.  Join Tiesha as she shares her boots on the ground experience of building a broader social impact both in craft and local communities.  Gain insight into how you can use her expertise to grow inclusive spaces inside and outside your organization.  Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is not the destination, it’s the journey!
